I already RSVP'd. Do I need to do it again?

Answer

Yes. The earlier response collected with our Save the Dates was a pre-RSVP to help us plan accommodations and weekend logistics. Now that our full schedule, events, and details are finalized, this is the official RSVP we’ll be using to confirm attendance, events, and final headcounts. Please take a moment to complete the RSVP on our website, even if you’ve already responded previously. Thank you for helping us keep everything up to date as we head into the final planning stage!

I am planning to attend and have already let you know I plan to stay on-site! What now?

Answer

We cannot wait to celebrate with you! Please call Dolphin Point Villas directly to satisfy your remaining balance for the weekend. The total cost for the full stay (Thursday–Monday) is $500 per person. Payments are handled directly with the venue, and partial payments are accepted. All balances must be paid by January 19, 2026. Dolphin Point Villas (305) 451-0315 They have a small team, so if you don’t reach someone right away, please try again at a different time or on another day.

What if I changed my mind and want to stay on-site?

Answer

Please contact us as soon as possible. We would love to have you if accommodations can be arranged. Availability is extremely limited at this point, and priority will be given to the earliest requests. If space allows, we will add you to the rooming list so you can coordinate payment directly with Dolphin Point Villas.

What can we expect for the weekend?

Answer

A relaxed, celebratory weekend in the Florida Keys centered around good food, great drinks, and even better company. The weekend kicks off with a casual Welcome Party on Friday to bring everyone together, followed by our wedding ceremony and reception on Saturday. Expect live music, a lively dance floor, and a few late-night surprises. We’ll close things out with a laid-back Sunday brunch to unwind, recap the weekend, and spend a little more time together before departures. There will be plenty of built-in downtime to enjoy the pool, beach, and surrounding area, so come ready to relax, celebrate, and go with the flow!

When should I plan to arrive and leave?

Our exclusive reservation at Dolphin Point Villas runs from: Check-in: Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST Check-out: Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST You are welcome to arrive later or depart earlier, but all events take place within this window.

How will I get to Dolphin Point from the airport?

Answer

Guests may rent a car or use rideshare services. There is ample parking available on-site. We are also exploring shared transportation options from the airport to reduce the need for rental cars. If multiple guests arrive around the same time, we’ll help coordinate shuttles or group transportation when possible. If you prefer flexibility, renting a car is a great option and allows you to explore the Keys during downtime!

Can I arrive earlier or stay later than the wedding weekend?

If you’d like to arrive earlier or stay later, we are happy to recommend nearby accommodations or help connect you with Dolphin Point to inquire about their availability or pricing outside of our reservation dates!

Do I have to stay on site?

Answer

No. Staying on-site is completely optional. Regardless of where you stay, all guests are invited to attend every wedding weekend event, from the Welcome Party through Sunday Brunch. We’ve worked to keep on-site accommodations comparable to nearby hotels, but you’re welcome to stay wherever you’re most comfortable.

What airports should I fly into?

Answer

There are two nearby airports: Miami International Airport (MIA) – approximately a 60-minute drive Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) – approximately a 90-minute drive Both are great options. Depending on timing, FLL may offer more competitive fares.

What is the best time to book flights to Key Largo?

Answer

We recommend booking your flights as soon as possible to secure the best rates. Since we’re planning a fun and relaxed weekend for everyone, we want to make sure all our guests can join us for the full experience, so the earlier you book, the better!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited accommodations and the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to host those who were specifically listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are there group discounts or hotel blocks?

Answer

Because we reserved the entire Dolphin Point Villas property, accommodations are split among on-site guests rather than booked individually. We are not holding hotel blocks at nearby resorts, but guests staying off-site are welcome to book accommodations independently.

Answer

February weather in Key Largo is typically warm, sunny, and comfortable. Average highs: mid-70s °F Average lows: low-60s °F Light layers are recommended for evenings just in case.

Yes. Several meals and events are hosted throughout the weekend, including the Welcome Party, Wedding Reception, and Sunday Brunch. There will also be free time to explore local dining. Any additional details are finalized and reflected in the event schedule on the website.

We will also be using a private Facebook page and the Text My Wedding service to share reminders, schedule updates, and helpful information as the weekend approaches.
