All of the weekend wedding festivities will take place in Folly Beach, which is a short ride from the airport and downtown Charleston.  Uber and Lyft are great for rides around town, but once on Folly Beach, everything is walkable (or accessible by golf carts that are readily available to rent).

For places to stay, consider a room at Tides Hotel, or there are plenty of AirBNB options for room or whole room rentals.
