WHERE IS THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

The venue is called Belhurst Castle and Winery and is located in Gevena, NY.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event, aside from the children in our wedding party, so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony begins at 4:30 so please arrive around 4.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK? IS PARKING FREE?

Answer

Parking is free and there is a lot at Belhurst Castle.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

.The nearest airport is Syracuse Hancock International Airport and is located about an hour from our venue (Belhurst Castle).
