When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 3rd 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Because the ceremony will begin promptly at 2pm, we recommend you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to allow for parking and finding your seat comfortably.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits. Spring colors encouraged!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration, with the exception of family. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation and RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Is there available parking?
Answer
Yes! There is a spacious parking lot at St. Patricks. There will also be an open parking lot at Tacoma country club.

How long is the drive from St. Patrick’s to the reception at TCC?
Answer
Without traffic, it is a 17 minute drive.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding reception at Tacoma country club will be inside with access to outside.

What can we expect the weather to be like?
Answer
Weather in the latter of May in Tacoma, WA can range from the following. Daily high temperatures increase by 5°F, from 63°F to 69°F, rarely falling below 55°F or exceeding 79°F. Daily low temperatures increase by 5°F, from 47°F to 52°F, rarely falling below 41°F or exceeding 57°F.
