Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. We want everyone to look their best on our special day. Please adhere to a semi-formal dress code. Think "Sunday best", mid to full length dresses, pant suits, slacks, button downs, ties, etc. We formally request no jeans, shorts, or t-shirts.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP no later than August 15, 2025 There is a tab located at the top of the page that you can use to RSVP. If you experience any technical difficulties, you can RSVP by emailing us at CatandEvanGetHiched@gmail.com or reaching out via phone.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Beer, cider, wine, and non alcoholic options will be provided at the reception. Our reception venue has a strict no hard alcohol rule, and we will respect that. So, please do not bring any alcohol of your own. After the reception, please join us at Zola in downtown Spokane. Zola has a variety of drink and food options available for purchase and is 21+.

Do I get a plus one? Can I bring my kids?
Answer
When you go to RSVP, you will type in your name and see the party you're with. Let us know who will be attending so we can make sure to have enough food and drinks for everyone!

What food options will be available?
Answer
We will have some vegetarian options and all foods are peanut allergy free. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate celiac or gluten free options. We apologize for the inconvenience. Friends and family with severe food allergies and dietary restrictions are encouraged to bring their own food for dinner. We are glad to celebrate with everyone!

How do I book my hotel?
Answer
Please use the links on the "Travel" page to receive discounted rates. There are also a number of short term rentals available in Spokane. Please reach out to Cat or Evan if you are have questions about the best places to stay.

What if the hotel room blocks are full or I miss the deadline to book?
Answer
If you have any issues booking within the room blocks, please reach out to Cat directly. We are able to add rooms to the Davenport block as long as it is before 8/29. Once the deadlines have passed, we can not re-open the blocks. We want all our friends and family to be able to celebrate with us. We have friends and family who have kindly offered their spare rooms to accommodate out of town guests as needed. Please let Cat know ASAP if you are in need of this accommodation as space is limited.

Should I bring a gift or card to the event?
Answer
We are so excited that you will be joining us this fall for our wedding day. Your attendance to our wedding is the greatest gift we could ever want, but for those that have shown interest in a gift offering to celebrate the occasion a registry has been set up and is located at the top of the page. We will also have a space for cards and small gifts at the venue.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We want everyone to enjoy this time to unplug and connect. We will have photographers available during the ceremony and reception to document the wedding as well as provide portrait photos for guests. Portraits for each group will be done between the ceremony and reception.
