Usually 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Anyone late will be asked to wait until the bride has walked down the aisle

Yes, the cocktail hour will take place at the venue following the ceremony

The reception will end at 11:30pm

Is there a hotel block?

Yes, the block will be located at Staybridge Suites, 1141 Blue Ribbon Drive, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 under Masters-Haines Wedding Check-in will be at 4:00pm (after the ceremony) so please accommodate

Where should guests park?

Answer

Please feel free to park in the venue parking lot or, if staying at the hotel, please feel free to park there as it is next door to the venue. If you leave your car in the venue lot, it must be moved by 10:00am on 2/7/2027

There will be buffet style dinner, please make the bride and groom aware prior to the wedding day of any dietary restrictions
