Our guests can book their stay at Dreams or Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort.

How do we book our flight & stay?

Answer

We hired a traveling agent that will help all of our guests! Once you RSVP, a traveling coordinator will be in contact with you.

Can I bring a + one?

Absolutely! Make sure to let us know if you are bringing a plus one with you.

What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What will the weather be like?

Summer time! Ladies, pack your fav swim suit, summer dress, & sandals! Guys, bring your swim trunks, tanks, and slides.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony is on the beach and the reception is at the Azure Veranda (indoors).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Yes, of course! Appetizers will be ready during cocktail hour, and there will be a buffet style at the reception.

No registry. Your company is the best gift honestly!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Yes! Once you book your room with Journeys Inc. You will be given more information.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #AllFun&James so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Where is Playa Mujeres?

Playa Mujeres is located about 25 minutes north of Cancun's airport.. The area of Playa Mujeres is really designed for luxury travel.

Is Playa Mujeres a safe location?

Answer

Absolutely! Before making a decision on a location for our wedding we did lots of research on the area! It’s safe and most visitors enjoy their vacations without any unfortunate incidents, but it's important to maintain awareness of what's going on around you so that you can respond to any danger or untoward situation that may develop.

As long as you’re over the age of 18, yes! Dreams is a family resort & Secrets is adults only.
