What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is encouraged. A suit and tie for men and a long dress for ladies will be perfect. The ceremony is outside so feel free to bring a light sweater or a wrap. Bridesmaids are wearing olive green so keep that in mind!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Historically, the area has been anywhere from 50 degrees to 75 degrees.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Harper’s Vineyard. This will be a hybrid indoor/outdoor space with the ceremony primarily being held outside.

Am I allowed to videotape and take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve asked our professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to our venue's limited capacity. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there lodging on-site?

Answer

No. However, our venue is located in the heart of Townsend, the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" with an abundance of lodging options only minutes away. Check out our travel page for more details!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking will be available for free at the venue. A member of the venue staff will meet you to answer questions, assist with parking, and assist with anything needed!
