Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones dearly, due to space constraints we ask that only adults attend both the ceremony and reception. We ask that only those whose names are included on the invitations will join us. We hope you understand our decision to make the wedding adults-only, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

But what will I wear?!

Think semi-formal/cocktail attire, but feel free to make it fun and colorful! If you need ideas for what to wear, we have attached some Pinterest ideas below for you to browse at your leisure. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
For those unfamiliar with the area, Granville and Grandview are about 35-40 minutes apart (sorry about that 😅). There will not be any transportation provided to and from the ceremony (Granville) and reception (Grandview) for guests. However, the reception space and Marriott hotel are directly interconnected with an indoor walkway, making it only a short walk to your room after the reception! If you are planning to explore the area at all, Ubers/Lyfts are abundant and reasonable in the Columbus area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is somewhat limited at Swasey Chapel, so we ask that those who are able to walk leave some spots available in the main lot next to the chapel for those who have difficulty doing so. There is a parking garage located just down the street from the chapel for visitors and we will be sure to have someone/signage along the way to help you to the chapel! As for the reception/hotel, there is a large parking garage located conveniently next to the entrance of The Grand Event Center and of the hotel. Best part--It's free!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you please try to arrive to Swasey Chapel between 3:00pm and 3:15pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm ☺️
