Question
Where should I park?
Answer
We ask that you park for everything at the Trailhead at Cascade Lofts parking lot & use the footbridge at the edge of the parking lot when going to the ceremony.
Question
What if I need help in getting to the ceremony site?
Answer
We will have transportation from the Trailhead to the ceremony site seating for grandparents and anyone else requiring physical assistance. Please add a note in your RSVP if you need assistance so we can plan ahead for you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Question
Will the ceremony be outdoors & what if it rains?
Answer
Our ceremony is outdoors in a lawn. We recommend you considering shoe choice as stilettos might not do well in the grass. In the event of rain, we will either have a tent over the area or have the ceremony within our reception space. Fingers crossed!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend guests arrive at 3:30pm in order to find parking and walk to the ceremony area to find a seat. Ashley and her bridesmaids will begin walking promptly at 4pm.

Are kids invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. **This is with exception to our out of town family. Our little cousins are welcome at the wedding since we know you've traveled so far! If you have a question regarding this please reach out to Ashley & Michael - we are happy to discuss and want everyone to enjoy themselves and have a wonderful time!

What food and drink is provided?
Answer
Within your invitation we have included a menu for you to select your preferred entree. Hors d'oeuvres will be served following the ceremony during cocktail hour. We also have some fun late night snack bars planned for after dinner if you've worked up an appetite from dancing. We will have drinks available from cocktail hour through the end of the reception with exception for an hour during dinner to allow the staff to focus on getting everyone served. We recommend grabbing yourself some drinks before dinner starts so that you're set for that hour. The rest of the night will be open bar.
