Shuttle between hotels and venue

For guests staying at the hotels, we have chartered a bus to provide transportation to and from the wedding. Pick-up will be at the Hampton Inn Fishkill at 2:45 PM and the Hilton Garden Inn Fishkill at 3:00 PM. The bus driver does not have a list of guests, so please take care to be on time for departure! After stopping at both hotels, it will make a final stop at our house in Beacon to pick up immediate family before heading to the venue.  Return trips will be at 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:00 PM.

Flight

Westchester County Airport

We highly recommend flying into Westchester County Airport (HPN). It is conveniently located 30 miles north of New York City and about a 50-minute drive from our wedding hotels in Fishkill, NY. All other NYC area airports are available, of course, but it's quite a long trip through the city to the Hudson Valley. Not an easy journey for folks unfamiliar with the area.
