Our wedding will be semi-formal, so we'd love to see you in your best dressed look! Think midi dresses and jumpsuits for the girls, and for the guys khakis, button ups, etc. will be perfect! Please refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride. This includes white, ivory, or cream colors. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors on grass.
We have worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on the invitation are invited. If your invitation says "and guest" then yes - we'd love for them to join!
We’d love for this to be a fun parents’ night! While we adore your children, our numbers simply won’t allow us to include everyone. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on your invitation and reflected when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!
For our out-of-town guests and those coming from Elizabethtown, please note that Leitchfield is on Central Time. Keep this in mind if you’ll be traveling on the day of the wedding. We also want to be transparent that the property will close 5–10 minutes before the ceremony to avoid any late distractions. If you arrive after this time, you’ll need to remain at the gate until the ceremony has concluded.
Please plan to arrive 30–45 minutes before the ceremony, as parking is located a short walk from the ceremony area. To avoid any disruptions, the property will close 5–10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time due to the close proximity of parking to the ceremony area. If you arrive after this time, you will need to wait until the ceremony has concluded before entering the property.
