Plus-ones are indicated both on your invitation and in the RSVP section. If you do not have a plus-one indicated with your RSVP, unfortunately we do not have room for them.

Where can I park?

Downtown Woodstock has ample free parking and there is an overflow lot located just across the street from the venue outside of the square. However, feel free to leave your car behind and ride the hotel shuttle to and from the party!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that guests avoid arriving more than 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. We will be starting promptly at 4:30 pm, so please plan accordingly!

What should I do in my downtime around the area?

Kayla and her family have spent plenty of time on the square and absolutely love it. There are so many shops and things to see, including sites where Groundhog Day was filmed. Feel free to reach out to any of us for ideas in and around Woodstock!

Take as many pictures as you want! Please just be respectful and mindful of our professional photographer and don't have your phone out during the ceremony.
