Both the ceremony and reception will be at 3263 Old Clyattville Rd, Valdosta, GA 31601-1605, United States. Yes, the entire venue is wheelchair accessible.
The ceremony will take place outdoors under a charming covered pavilion, with an indoor space available as well!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal or nice cocktail attire. Feel free to wear whatever colors make you feel comfortable—except for white, of course! We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
Unfortunately, we will not be doing plus-ones for this event.
Unless specified, please do not bring your children to the event.
We'll have a variety of appetizers including a charcuterie board, followed by a meal of Monterey chicken breast or pan-seared salmon, spring salad, seasoned rice casserole, and fresh green beans. For dessert, we'll serve a three-tier red velvet wedding cake and assorted desserts. Beverages include sweet tea, unsweetened tea, lemonade, and water. There will also be drinks served at the bar.
Yes, there will be an open bar during cocktail hour and after dinner. Please feel free to enjoy responsibly!
You’re more than welcome to bring any gifts to the wedding—we’ll have a designated area for them. If you’d prefer to send your gift, you can mail it to: 2106 Gornto Rd, Unit A, Valdosta, GA 31602.
Guests may begin arriving at 3:30 PM to find their seats, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour at 4:30 PM where you can enjoy drinks and appetizers while we take photos. At 5:30 PM, the reception will begin with dinner, speeches, and plenty of dancing. We'll cut the cake and serve dessert at 8:00 PM, and the celebration will come to a close at 10:00 PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30 PM to find their seats and get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, so please plan accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
The music and drinks will stop being served at 10 PM, which is when the reception will end. There is no after-party planned, so guests can feel free to head home for the night!
After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour starting at 4:30 PM, where there will be drinks and plenty of appetizers, followed by the reception at 5:30 PM. This allows for a smooth transition from one part of the celebration to the next!
We would love if you took photos during the cocktail hour and reception, and enjoyed the moment with us! We kindly ask that you leave the photos to our professional photographer during the ceremony so we can fully take in the moment together. Thank you for your understanding!
