We’re getting married!

Cade and Emily met when Emily was just 12 years old, and Cade was 14 at Warrenton Methodist Church. Emily attended church here regularly with her grandparents, and Cade visited with his friend Alex. One day Cord, Cade's brother had visited the church and went home and told Cade he met this girl named Emily there. Cade immediately knew he had never seen a young girl named Emily there before. Cade went to the church and met Emily the very next week. Cade and Emily instantly became friends. The next year Cade and Emily both went on the annual church youth trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Cade thought Emily was so cute and tried to get her attention the entire trip. The last night of their trip was on New Years'. Cade asked Emily to be his girlfriend, Emily said yes, only thinking he was joking. The next day Emily woke up to realize Cade had already told all the boys, and he was not joking. It is now almost ten years later. Cade and Emily could not imagine their lives without each other.
