When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

It would help us in preparation for the wedding if RSVPs are completed by August 15, 2025. If we do NOT receive your RSVP by the given date, we understand that you will not be in attendance and will miss celebrating with you.

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is Semi-Formal. Tuxes and Gowns are welcomed, and so are suits and Cocktail Dresses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. In order to account for traffic, parking and any inconveniences, please plan to arrive by 3:30pm.

Is the Wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the front garden lawn. The cocktail hour will be inside the ballroom and the reception will be held on the covered and enclosed courtyard area.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is located in the area above The Castle in the grassy and graveled areas. The parking lot can accommodate 100 cars, so carpooling is always a great option. There will be a parking attendant available to direct guest parking. Handicap & elderly drop-off is available as well. The hotel will provide a golf cart and a golf cart driver for these guests.

Are there hotels to stay in near the castle?

Answer

Yes, there are hotels off of the Bremen exit that are only a 10-15 minute drive from The Castle. Please see the Travel Section for suggested nearby hotels and details for hotel room blocks and available guest codes.

Is the Castle handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, The Castle is handicap accessible and drop off of elderly, handicap, or disabled guests closer to the front entrance of the venue is allowed before the ceremony begins.

Will there be Alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar and offer signature cocktails, wine, and champagne. Please note: Last call for Alcohol is 8:45 PM.

Does the couple have a Wedding Registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding and the opportunity to celebrate with you are plenty. However, if you are feeling particularly generous, enveloped gifts are greatly appreciated. Please no boxed gifts at the wedding venue.

Is there a designated smoking area?

Answer

Yes, and smoking is allowed in the designated smoking areas only. Any damage done by cigarettes on the property will be appraised and taken from the couple's damage deposit.
