Unfortunately, we cannot host anyone under the age of 18 at our wedding for insurance purposes. We appreciate your understanding.

No, we cannot accommodate plus-ones. The RSVP web page will include the named individuals invited.

Cocktail attire requested in sunset colors. Linen suits & short dresses acceptable!

Do I need to attend every event?

No, only join what your schedule & taste accommodates! The wedding events include the Welcome Sunset Champagne Toast and the actual ceremony & reception.

If you have any food allergies, please let the couple know ASAP.

Will there be parking & transportation?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle that will be picking everyone up and dropping them back off. More details to come! There is also parking available at the castle.

Do I have to stay at Bear Lake Reserve?

No, you can stay anywhere in Sylva, Asheville, or the surrounding areas.
