Quick Bus Company Shuttle will leave promptly at 3:15pm from Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello

October 25, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

For the safety of our guests, transportation will be provided. A bus will be leaving promptly at 3:15pm from the Sleep Inn parking lot at 1185 5th Street., Charlottesville. Please arrive at 3:00 to ensure that you don't miss the boarding. There will be two opportunities going back to the hotel the evening of the wedding, one early after the cake cutting and one at the end of the reception at 10:30 PM. Rideshares to and from the venue to Charlottesville is limited so please plan to reserve your seat on the bus.

We have a room block at Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello under the name "PEARCE-KING". This hotel is located 18 minutes from Viewmont Farm. Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello 1185 5th Street SW Charlottesville, VA 22902 PLEASE book your hotel room as soon as possible. The UVA Football schedule has not come out yet for 10/25 and when it does, the hotels in the area are expected to fill up very quickly. Parking Information

Parking at the farm is limited. Please let us know if you plan to drive and how many cars will be coming from your party. Please, if possible, plan to drive or Uber to the Sleep Inn in Charlottsville, 1185 5th street, park and use the bus transportation to the wedding boarding at 3:00 PM departing no later than 3:15 PM.

Travel Note

Rideshare (Uber/LYFT)

Uber and Lyft to and from the venue is not reliable and therefore should not be relied upon for transportation. Ubers are readily available in the city of Charlottesville and guests can use them to arrive and depart from the Sleep Inn parking lot and use the bus transportation to the venue. Please plan to arrive at 3:00 PM for a prompt 3:15PM departure from the parking lot.
