The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors. However, the venue features a beautiful adjoining terrace outdoors where the wedding party may be taking photographs during cocktail hour. While the celebration itself will remain indoors, the terrace may be open for guests to step out and briefly enjoy if weather permits and once photography has concluded. As our wedding will take place in September, portions of our wedding photography may also occur in nearby outdoor locations.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from using cell phones, cameras, or other electronic devices during the ceremony, and that all devices be silenced during this time. A professional photographer and videographer will be present to capture these special moments, which we can't wait to share with you after the celebration! Your cooperation ensures that the ceremony can be captured without interruptions or distractions. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the cocktail hour and reception, and we would be delighted to see the memories you capture throughout the rest of the evening!
Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to enjoy a cocktail hour while the ceremony space is transformed for the reception and the wedding party takes photographs. Cocktail hour will last approximately one to one and a half hours, during which guests may enjoy refreshments and hors d'oeurves while spending time with friends and family before the reception begins. Afterwards, guests will be invited back into the reception space for the evening's celebration.
Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to a cocktail hour, where they may enjoy hors d'oeuvres and refreshments while the wedding party takes photographs. Dinner will be served during the reception, accompanied by our wedding cake. Our finalized menu selections will be shared here once confirmed, so that guests may plan in accordance with their dietary preferences.
Guests will be able to enjoy a hosted premium bar for approximately four hours during the celebration. This will include cocktail hour, as well as a portion of the reception. A selection of liquor, wine, beer, and seltzers will be available during this time. After the hosted bar service concludes, additional beverages will remain available for purchase at the hotel's bar.
The reception will conclude at 12:00 a.m. (midnight). At this time, the formal celebration will come to a close.
Due to our limited guest count, we are only able to welcome the individuals formally listed on each invitation. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your save-the-date and wedding invitation. This may appear as your guest’s name listed alongside yours, or as “(Your Name) and Guest.” Thank you for your understanding as we plan an intimate celebration with our family and friends!
While we adore the little ones in our lives, our wedding will primarily be an adult celebration, with the exception of a few children who are part of the wedding party or immediate family. If your child is invited, their name will appear on your save-the-date and wedding invitation. In some cases, invitations may also say "The (Your Last Name) Family" to indicate all children in the household. We kindly ask that guests make alternative arrangements for any children not listed, and hope parents will take this opportunity to enjoy the evening as a special night out celebrating alongside family and friends. Thank you for your understanding as we celebrate this meaningful occasion!
Our wedding will be a formal evening celebration. Guests are encouraged to dress in elegant attire suitable for the occasion. To complement the evening's aesthetic, we would love for guests to wear black if possible, or other sophisticated attire. We look forward to everyone dressing up and celebrating with us in style for a truly special evening!
For the ceremony, guests are welcome to choose their own seats, with front-row seating reserved for immediate family. There will not be designated sides for the bride’s or groom’s guests, so guests may sit wherever they feel comfortable. At the reception, assigned seating will be provided to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. A system will be available on the day of the wedding to help guests easily find their seats.
We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 15th, so that we may finalize arrangements with our venue and vendors. Guests may RSVP directly through our wedding website on the home page or the RSVP page. Please be sure to RSVP for yourself and any guests included on your invitation. If you are unable to attend, we would be grateful to hear from you as soon as possible, as this allows us to extend invitations to others who were unable to join due to guest count limitations. If you have any questions regarding your RSVP, please feel free to reach out to the mother of the bride, Kendra Pritt, at 765-620-1611. We look forward to celebrating with you!
For those who have kindly expressed interest in celebrating with a gift, our registry will be available soon on our wedding website! Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift, and we are simply grateful to celebrate this special day with our family and friends!
