The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Car Rental Companies: The airport adds additional fee to rent + return to airport, but is probably the most convenient option. There is an Enterprise and Hertz in the airport.
Uber is also a good option if you're not planning to drive around Austin very much.
