A: Sadly, no. Due to our venue’s very limited capacity of 50 guests, we’re only able to invite immediate family. If your invitation includes just your name, we kindly ask that you come on your own. We appreciate your understanding!
A: Semi-formal attire. We don’t have any strict color rules, but earthy tones brown, gold, taupe, and other warm neutrals will beautifully match the wedding party if you’d like to coordinate.
A: Yes, but parking is limited at The Chapel at Rippon Village, so if you’re able to carpool, we kindly ask that you do. Thank you!
A. No. The venue does not permit any alcohol, vaping, or tobacco products on the property. Violations could result in fines, so we kindly ask everyone to respect this rule.
A: The venue is The Chapel at Rippon Village in Charles Town, WV. The closest and most convenient option is staying in Charles Town our travel page has several hotel links, and Airbnb options are great too. If you’re looking for a more touristy spot, the beautiful Harpers Ferry is about 30 minutes away. We’ll have activities listed on this website for both areas if you would like to make a weekend out of your stay!
A: We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to get parked, seated and settled before the ceremony begins.
A: Yes, we will be serving catering after the ceremony. If you have allergies, please reach out so we can do our best to accommodate. Our menu includes pulled pork BBQ, southern fried chicken, classic sides like baked beans, mac and cheese, rolls, and fresh salad.
A: Our ceremony will be indoors.
