School Section Lake Veteran's Park
Same location as our wedding ceremony. Includes a beach and swim area, canoe, kayak, and SUP rentals, picnic areas, volleyball & basketball courts, disc golf, horseshoe, and beautiful hiking trails.
Canadian Lakes
The same lakes Jenni grew up waterskiing on every summer. Less than a 5 minute drive from School Section Lake and a great place to stay and relax. Offers several beaches, some including volleyball courts, designated swimming areas, firepits, and play structures.

Silver Lake
If you have some time for a day trip and want to see Lake Michigan - Silver Lake is one of the quickest drives to the beach from Canadian Lakes. It also offers a large and beautiful inland lake, Little Sable Lighthouse, campgrounds, dune-buggy rides, and more.
Pentwater
Another great place to see Lake Michigan and not far from Silver Lake, Pentwater offers a quaint beachy downtown, large pier, sandy beaches, and a lakeside campground.
