Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

We are unable to postpone our wedding again and will be holding our ceremony on May 22, 2021. Under the 'rite of life' exception, we are able to hold our ceremony, outdoors, at full capacity. We hope you feel comfortable joining us for our ceremony. Our reception capacity may be limited depending on the Clear Creek county COVID-19 level. At level blue (current level as of March 1), our reception is limited to 140 people. We sincerely hope conditions maintain or improve. Please leave your email with your RSVP so we are able to contact you as we get closer to this decision point. Regardless of COVID levels, masks must be worn at all times by our guests unless eating or drinking. Thank you for being respectful of other guests and keeping each other safe!

Question

What's the deal with the shuttle?

Answer

We have hired a 40-person shuttle bus to run between the hotel and the venue. Due to the distance, the shuttle will only run once each way. Departure from the hotel (see 'Travel' tab) to the ceremony will be at 3:00pm. The shuttle will leave the venue at 10:45pm to return to the hotel. There is plenty of parking and other options for hotels at the final destination if you choose to leave a car or Uber from the hotel back home. We will need you to RSVP for the shuttle so we don't overfill it.

Question

Can I Uber home from the venue? Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No, the venue is outside of Uber service area for Denver. Please plan to carpool, use our shuttle, or drive your own car. There are ~40 spaces to park cars at the venue. The venue asks that cars not be left overnight but will be flexible to avoid drinking and driving. They will tow cars left past noon on Sunday.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Hell yeah there is! No shots allowed at our venue but beer, wine and select mixed drinks are available. Please drink responsibly and arrange for a ride or use the shuttle. The wait staff always appreciates tips :)

Question

What is the venue address?

Answer

North Star Gatherings, 3354 Little Bear Creek Road, Idaho Springs, CO, 80452
