Guest arrival.
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Guest arrival begins at 2:30 PM, and we kindly ask that everyone arrives no later than 3:00 PM. Please note that anyone arriving after 3:00 PM will need to wait until the ceremony has concluded to enter the venue. The venue is about an hour’s drive from the Seattle-Tacoma (SEA/TAC) Airport, so please plan your travel accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Our ceremony will take place from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from using phones or taking photos during this time. Please silence all electronic devices and be fully present with us as we share this special moment together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you—our photographers will capture everything so you can relax and enjoy the ceremony.
Wedding party pictures
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
After the ceremony, from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM, the wedding party will be taking photos. During this time, we invite all guests to relax and mingle inside the venue. Enjoy some light conversation, reconnect with friends and family, and get ready for the celebration to continue once photos are complete! (Now that the ceremony has concluded, guests are welcome to take photos on their personal devices)
The Millers Entrance!
4:00 pm - 4:15 pm
Once photos are complete, we’ll make our grand entrance into the venue as “The Millers”! We can’t wait to join all of you and officially begin the celebration as husband and wife. Get ready to cheer, clap, and help us kick off the evening with love, laughter, and plenty of joy!
Dinner
4:15 pm - 5:30 pm
Dinner will be served from 4:15 PM to 5:30 PM, and as you make your way up to fill your plates, we’ll be taking individual and group photos with guests. Come hungry, bring your smiles, and don’t worry—we’ll make sure everyone gets a chance to eat and get a great photo with the newlyweds!
Dancing
5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
From 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, we’ll kick off the evening with our first dance as newlyweds, followed by special dances with our parents. After that, the dance floor will be open for anyone who’d like to share a dance with us—so don’t be shy! Once the slow songs wrap up, our DJ will turn up the energy and keep the party going with plenty of hype music to get everyone moving!
Dessert/cake cutting
7:00 pm - 7:30 pm
From 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM, we’ll be cutting the wedding cake and serving desserts while sharing a few heartfelt farewell speeches. Sweet treats, sweet words, and a few happy tears are guaranteed! The evening will close with our final send-off at 8:45 PM, so be ready to cheer us on as we make our grand exit as newlyweds!
Guest departure
8:45 pm - 9:00 pm
We kindly ask that all guests depart from the venue by 9:00 PM. Thank you so much for choosing to celebrate with us and be a part of our special day—it truly means the world to us. Your love, laughter, and presence will make our wedding unforgettable!
