Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We ask that you only bring a guest if the invitation specifies so. There will be a seating chart for dinner, so please inquire with the bride if you would like to potentially bring someone.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

The entrees will be beef tenderloin tips with mushroom and onion demi-glace and grilled chicken marsala with cream sauce. The sides will consist of baby red mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will go to and from the hotels we have partnered with (listed on the travel tab). The shuttle will begin at Courtyard Hotel at 3:15pm and will make trips as often as possible.

Is there nearby parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot right outside of the venue as well as overflow parking across the street. The guests are to enter the door in the middle of the building. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight but must be picked up by 10am Monday morning.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

If your invite included your kids' names or "family," we would love for them to join us. Additionally, when you RSVP, your kid(s) names will be listed if they are invited. We will have a table at the reception with coloring pages and a few games for the kiddos.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No! Come in what you feel comfortable in and ready to have a great time. The short ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and the rest of the evening will be inside in the air-conditioning. Please try to avoid the color mulberry as this is the color our wedding party will be in.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please do so by 7/15/26 as a final guest count has to be submitted to the venue.
