Should I plan to go directly to the reception after the wedding ceremony at Holy Redeemer Church?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 1:30pm and will last 35-40 minutes. The cocktail hour at Wychmere Beach Club begins at 4pm, so you will have about 75 minutes between the events to return to your hotel and relax while the bridal party takes photos.

Can I leave my car at Wychmere over night and retrieve it on Sunday morning?

Answer

Yes, if you are carpooling or using the bus transportation that we have provided through Chatham Valet, you may leave your car in the Wychmere parking lot (not locked or gated) overnight and retrieve it the next day.

Is there parking at all of the events?

Answer

The Welcome Drinks, Ceremony and Reception locations have on-site parking. Alternatively you can use an Uber, taxi or our shuttle.

Is any part of the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be indoors, but there is a rooftop terrace that will be accessible during the cocktail hour if weather permits.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that unless specific names or 'and Guest' are listed on the formal wedding invitation, you do not bring extra guests.
