We met the summer after Carlie's sophomore year of high school and Mason's junior year. We continued talking the whole summer, went on a few dates, and made it official September 2014. It has just gotten better & better ever since!

We went to Lake Murray, SC for a fourth of July celebration surrounded by family and friends for what Carlie thought was a family photoshoot before celebratory activities began. These photos turned into a surprise engagement! Turned back to back for a photo, I turned around for the second pose to find Mason down on one knee! He said the sweetest words & the asked the question we both have been praying over. The best "YES" ever! YAY, we're engaged! We are so excited to celebrate this chapter of our life with you.
