When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 29th, 2026 to better assist our vendors and finalize our guest count.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is Semi-Formal. Please leave the Jean shorts at home! Sport coats, nice jeans, slacks, longer dresses and cowboy boots/hats are all welcome!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking for guests located directly in front of the main building. Please respect our venue and follow designated signage to the parking lot and refrain from driving on the grass. Overnight parking is not allowed. Please plan accordingly by carpooling or seeking ride share options.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food allergies can be added to the dinner menu choice portion of your RSVP. Our caterer is able to accommodate dietary requests.

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside with a beautiful view of Fort Loudon Lake unless Mother Nature plans otherwise. The Reception will take place indoors.

Question

Will the bar take card, cash or open bar?

Answer

We will be hosting an open bar with beer, wine and spirits starting at 5pm. We care deeply for all of our guests and please ask that you drink responsibly and plan transportation accordingly. The drinking age in the United States is 21, and guests may be required to show photo ID when ordering.
