Cliff Walk
For anyone traveling to Newport, RI, the Cliff Walk is the best way to explore and take in the beautiful ocean views. You'll pass by the famous Newport mansions such as "The Breakers". The full walk is 3.5 miles so be sure to bring the right shoes!
The Breakers
The Breakers is a "must see" for 1st timers. Built in 1895, this "cottage" was owned by the Vanderbilt family. Step back in time and walk through this breathtaking property.

Bowen's Wharf is right in the heart of downtown Newport and features some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops the area has to offer.

Newport Vineyards offers 1-hour tours/tastings that are always a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Not only do they have great wine (Amanda recommends the "Great White"), but they also have a full-service restaurant and a pub where the serve their handcrafted beers!

While we have not been, everyone RAVES about a cocktail at Castle Hill in while watching the sunset in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance.

If you have a car, the 10 mile Ocean Drive loop is an amazing way to navigate the Newport coastline. This is a great way to find the best sunset spots over the bay.
Coastal Queen Cruises
Get on the water for "golden hour" with Coastal Queen Cruises. This boat takes you for a casual tour around Newport Harbor.
