When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP is due by March 16, 2026 or we will not have a meal saved for you.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Simple answer both. We will have our wedding ceremony will be held outside in the side courtyard. The reception will be outside under a tent with sides and A/C. The cocktail hour will be a mixture of inside the mansion and outside in the courtyard. Please enjoy the full experience of Woodbine Mansion by moving in and around the whole property including a few special rooms inside the mansion.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. Guests are encouraged to wear a formal suit, or a floor length evening gown/formal cocktail dress. No jeans please…not even your nice ones.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you do not plan on taking the shuttle please be at Woodbine by 5:00 so we can make sure to start on time.

Will there be parking available at Woodbine?

Answer

There is street parking around Woodbine that is public parking but could be very limited due to being a busy area. If you are staying at one of the hotel blocks we will have a shuttle available for you to take to Woodbine and back after the reception.
