What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:30 pm, which is 30 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.

Where do we park?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue, Hidden Oak Farm, by the Gravel Barn. At the top of this FAQ's page, we've attached a map with the parking area marked! Since the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, you will not need to move your car in between events.

For our out-of-town guests, we have reserved a room block at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in Pensacola Beach. Please see the "Travel" page for more details!

Are our kids invited, too?

Yes, we would love to have your children join us!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Florida weather can be unpredictable, but in late March, day time temperatures average around 70-75 degrees F, while night time temperatures average around 55-60 degrees F. Please keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting)!
