Question

Will there be a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! We would love for all of our guests to join us at Good Word Brewing for the welcome party hosted by the McCurdys and Boruckis. The party begins at 6:30pm, but feel free to join us at your convenience. We understand guests may be arriving at different times, and we'll be delighted to welcome you whenever you're free to join us. Please remember to RSVP for this event when you RSVP for the wedding. The attire for this event is upscale causal. For women: midi or maxi dresses and dressy tops with tailored pants or skirts. For men: button down shirts or polos and tailored pants. Please avoid distressed or ripped jeans, athletic wear, and T-shirts. If you are staying at the Courtyard Atlanta Duluth Downtown, Good Word Brewing is walking distance from the hotel. 3085 Main St Suite 520, Duluth, GA 30096

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be at Ashton Gardens in Sugar Hill, Georgia. The venue is about 20 minutes from the recommended hotel in downtown Duluth. The ceremony and reception are both indoors, at the same location. Cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception while the bridal party and family take pictures. 260 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Sugar Hill, GA 30518

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking in front of the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will be begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire for the evening. A tuxedo or formal evening gown is most appropriate, though a dark suit and tie or an elegant cocktail-length dress are equally welcome. We invite our guests to embrace the spirit of the occasion and dress in a way that feels both polished and celebratory.

Will there be a bar?

Yes! An open bar will be available for your enjoyment. Please drink responsibly.

Guests listed on each invitation are welcome.

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be a primarily adults-only occasion out of consideration for the atmosphere and the experience we hope to create. We have made a few exceptions for immediate family. Please refer to your invitation for the names of those invited to join us in celebrating our special day!

Where are we registered?

Answer

Please refer to the "Registry" tab on this website. Included, you will find our registries at Crate and Barrel, Target, and Zola. Our Zola registry includes options to contribute to honeymoon experiences and other gift ideas.

Where should I send gifts?

Answer

All of our registries provide a delivery address. There will also be a table set up in the reception area to leave your thoughtful gifts.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

To help us be present in the moment, we ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographers and videographers will document our day, and we can't wait to share those memories with you!

When do you need my RSVP?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP on the website by Friday, October 10, 2025. If you do not have your invitation by October 6, please search your name in the RSVP tab of the website to make your RSVP selections and contact Nancy Carter (863-944-0883) or Michael Carter (863-944-3079), if necessary.
