Welcome to our wedding!

If Alex were telling this story, it would begin with her noticing Mason near the end of November of 2022. If Mason were telling it, it would begin with him noticing Alex in August of 2021. Mason first saw Alex in their chemistry class at WCU, where the professor offered extra credit to anyone who could name a character he showed. After no one raised their hand, Alex became enraged, standing stating that it was Legolas from the Lord of the Rings. When asked how she knew this, she responded "that she had a childhood, and that her mother had a cardboard cuttout of him in their living room." A year later, Alex looked across the room in their etiology of infectious disease class (a really romantic setting full of safety goggles and bacteria), to a friend of hers. She reached out, asking for the number of the cute boy he was sitting by. That boy, looked at her, did a double take, and nodded yes like a kid in a candy store. Little did Alex know that she just took a step towards forever. In Febuary of 2023, the story officially began, and now, we prepare to celebrate their union.
