Arches National Park is a 10 minute drive from Moab. It has over 2000 Arches over 76,518 acres. There is an enterance fee to get into the park which is $30 per vehicle (you can buy this at the enterance) and is good for 7 days. It is a 36 mile round trip drive through the park which numerous places to pull off for pictures, walks, and hikes. Easy Trails: -balanced rock -broken arch -delicate arch viewpoint -desert nature trail -double arch -landscape arch -sand dune arch -skyline arch Moderate Trails -tower arch Difficult Trails -double O arch -devil's garden loop We highly recommended driving into the National Park a night and taking in the night sky in the national park.

Canyonlands National Park is about a 35 minute drive from Moab. This is the largest national park in Utah. It is a 20 mile drive with several trails throughout. Easy Trails: -Mesa Arch -Murphy Point -White Rim Overlook -Grandview Point Moderate: -Neck Spring -Whale Rock
We went here on our first trip to Utah. The trailhead is approximately a 20 minute drive from Moab. It is a moderate 3 mile round trip hike that involves cables and ladders which guide you to a breathtaking arch at the end.
Hell's Revenge is a 4x4 trail in Moab. When we were recently out in Moab we rented a side by side and had a guided tour through steep rock climbs, ledges and sandy sections. If this is something you are interested in doing reach out to us. We are planning to get a group together to do this a day.
Faux falls is a waterfall that is a short hike back to. It is a 20 minute drive from Moab.
This a moderate 5 mile hike round trip hike. You hike to the top of the red rocks where you can look down into the canyon. It is a 35 minute drive from Moab.
-Antica Forma - a good Italian restaurant on the Main Street with great woodfire pizzas. -Moab Garage- a good breakfast/lunch spot on the Main Street. -The Spoke- has a little bit of everything for lunch and dinner -Sunset Grill- a short drive outside of Moab. This is more of a nicer sit down dinner restaurant. It offers awesome views of Moab below. -98 Center Moab- is a Vietnamese restaurant. Also a good stop for a drink.
-Rooted Vine- fancier wine and beer bar -Trailhead house and eatery- a good bar scene with also good bar food -World Famous Woody's Tavern- only bar open past 10pm. Good for late night music. -Blu Pig- has live music *there are many other options, these are just the ones we have explored!
