Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1st, 2025.

Question

What Happens If I Do Not RSVP In Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by June 1st, 2025, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

Can I Bring A Guest/Date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to {Your Name & Guest} if a plus one has been provided.

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we are keeping this celebration adults-only and will be able to accommodate only those listed on your invitation. While we adore all the children in our lives, we have chosen to make this a 21+ event. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Question

What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., so we recommend arriving by 6:30 p.m. to allow yourself plenty of time to get settled. The ceremony will be 30 minutes long and take place outdoors, beneath the venue’s magnificent 100-year-old Banyan Trees. There will be a cocktail hour that follows shortly after the ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited. A valet service is available for $5.00 per vehicle. For convenience, we recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi to reach the venue.

Question

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is "Black-Tie Encouraged". The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception inside.

Question

What Does "Black-Tie Encouraged" Mean?

Answer

"Black-Tie Encouraged" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. Generally, a black-tie encouraged dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be wearing black tie. It is therefore courteous for guests to reflect this level of formality in their attire.

Question

Are There Any Colors or Styles You'd Prefer Me To Wear?

Answer

Please note that we kindly request guests to refrain from wearing white or any colors that are overly light or bright. For our male guests, we suggest a tuxedo or a dark suit, while female guests are encouraged to wear formal floor-length gowns.

Question

Will You Be Providing A Room Block?

Answer

Although we will not be offering a room block at specific hotels, we have listed nearby options under the "Travel" tab that are close to our wedding venue. We also encourage guests to consider Airbnb or VRBO for alternative accommodations, but kindly ask that you stay within the general area.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our wedding venue offers a unique dining experience! A server will come to your table during the reception to take your order from a set menu curated by the bride and groom. A vegetarian option will be available, but if you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance so we can inform the venue accordingly.

Question

Can I Take Photos And Videos During The Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony.

Question

Answer
