Our Love Story

07/09/11

The first time he saw her: At the Greek picnic in Ipswich, seeing her walk across the dance floor, I asked My friend chris, “hey, who’s that?” He replied “that's Kristen's sister”. I asked "will she be at the wedding?”He replied “yea, probably”. The next week I went shopping for a suit, a gold Sean John suit. Yup!At the wedding, I was sitting at the reception listening to her speech & then I knew that she wasn't just beautiful, but had one of the biggest hearts ever. I introduced myself and said maybe 6 words to her. It took me until Christmas to finally say anything to her, on Facebook. In March, we went to Long Island & seeing her interact with my brothers out there, I knew then that she was the one for me for the rest of my life. March 24th, 2012. On 12/12 @ 12:12am with the last full moon of the decade, next to our xmas tree while we slow danced in the living room, I asked my best friend to make me the happiest man in the world & marry me. The first time she met him: On an 85 degree day in October & my focus was on my sisters beautiful wedding day! A couple months prior, my sister told me I needed to meet George, "he is hysterical" she told me...(he makes me laugh every single day). Towards the end of the evening there was a guy in a GOLD suit with SUSPENDERS, I walked over as GOLD suit guy (thinking, that's a bold choice and I like it) was leaning against the wall, smiling from ear to ear, he said "Hi, I'm George", we spoke for a few minutes and so the laughs began...I didn't hear from him after that...hmm. Just after Christmas, I finally got a message from George, he asked me for my number, after a little hard to get, we never spent much time apart after that. In March, we went to Long Island, a 4 hour drive was all it took. We got on the Long Island expressway to head home, looked at each other & just knew, I could stay in the car with you for 8 more hours to forever. "you're my guy, you're my person" March 24, 2012.
