What Time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 2:30pm. Doors will close at 3:00pm and will not be reopened until after the ceremony.

Is there a shuttle?

There will be a shuttle from our hotel block to and from the venue. In order to guarantee your spot, you must give Matt and/or Hannah a heads up due to limited shuttle size and availability. We should be able to accommodate all guests wanting to use the shuttle service, we just need to plan ahead and provide confirmed shuttle run times no later than November 22, 2025. If you would like to ride the shuttle and do not let us know by this time or if you miss your assigned time slot to ride the day of, we cannot guarantee a spot for you. Thank you for understanding! If you do not book a shuttle in time, UBER and LYFT are generally options in the area if you need a safe ride.
