When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by August 31, 2019 or the Party Plane takes off without you! Your hotel balance must be paid in full at the time of booking otherwise no siesta for you.

What dates should I book at the Hard Rock?

Answer

If you want to stay the full time then we suggest you book Monday Nov 18 - Saturday Nov 23. Keep in mind that the wedding is on a Wednesday.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. I (Masha) registered for all the things right here on Zola. Some are practical and some are absolutely ridiculous, just like me.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The average temperature in November is 85°F / 29 °C, so you're going to be feeling hot, hot, hot if you show up in a ballgown or full tux. Ladies: formal dresses are a must, just keep the fabric light and breathable. Gentlemen: pair your pants with a nicer blazer and you're good to go (they always get it so easy).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony promptly starts at 5PM at Altos de Chavon. The priest doesn't believe in "fashionably late". Buses will pick up wedding guests at the Hard Rock at [TIME TBD]. It is a one hour drive between the hotel and the ceremony location.

Passport Q's

Answer

Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 3 months past the date of travel. No visa required for US passports, not sure about the rest so please check online.
