Through the craziness of Covid, casual drive by hellos in the church pew with a cordial wave and smile, to "incidental" walk/drive at Tony's house during Halloween and Luminaries we found that we enjoyed each other's company and exchanged numbers. After weeks of texting, Tony asked Mary for their first date to Craft Bar in Destin and we haven't stopped seeing each other since. Fast forward past all the vacations, trips, friend and family get togethers, to October 1, 2023 what was planned as a daycation at the Holiday Inn/Hilton resort on Okaloosa Island was very much unexpected for Adalyn & Cohen and especially for Mary. After a fun day of hot tubs, lazy rivers, a few pina coladas, Tony asked Mary to marry him during the day's sunset after having to pull her out of the hot tub which she reluctantly refused to get out of.
