Orlando (MCO) is generally the least expensive airport in the area to fly into. It's about 2 hours from Gainesville.

Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV)

Generally the highest pricewise but it is only 15 minutes away from the hotel and the reception venue.

Jacksonville International Airport (JAX)

Jacksonville is about an hour and a half from Gainesville. It is generally less expensive than flying into Gainesville.

Train

Amtrak

The closest station is Palatka which is about an hour away from Gainesville. Amtrak also has an option to take a train to Jacksonville and then take a bus to Gainesville.
