Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive 15-30 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with champagne to celebrate, so it is important that we ensure everyone is seated and comfortable before we begin, as the bride will walk down the aisle at exactly 6:30 p.m. If you arrive late, you will not be let into ceremony room once everything has started.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will take place here on our website. A link to RSVP will be sent out via QR code on our formal invitations and will be attached to the "Details" card. You can also RSVP by clicking the "RSVP" tab directly on our website. Please RSVP no later than October 22nd, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date, it will be assumed that you are unable to attend. We understand, but will miss you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal, black tie optional. We want you to dress to impress. MEN should be in a full, dark suit and tie or a tuxedo and WOMEN should be in long, ankle to floor length, formal dress. Please do NOT wear green or white, as these are the colors of the bride and bridal party. Thank you.

Question

Are there hotel and shuttle accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We have a limited number of rooms blocked at the Courtyard by Marriott Rockaway-Mt. Arlington. If you plan on staying overnight after the wedding, please book your hotel room by October 22nd, 2026. Room options are, 1 King sized bed or 2 Double beds. To book a room call the Reservations Department at 1-800-817-3251 and mention the Minadeo-DiMartino wedding or visit https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?guestreslink2=true&id=1769022051508&key=GRP for a discounted rate. For those staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle to take you from the hotel to the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. Check out our "Travel Accommodations" page for more details.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love everyone's children, due to space constraints and personal preference, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding unless other wise indicated on your invitation. The only children in attendance will be those in the bridal party. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do I have to choose my plated dinner ahead of time?

Answer

The best thing about our venue is that you will get to choose your reception dinner on the spot! The waiters will be coming around and explaining the menu to you and taking your order just like you would at a restaurant. There will be a vegan/ gluten free option available as well for those with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Question

Do you have a registry for gifts?

Answer

Yes! While your presence is gift enough, if you wish to access our registry it can be found on our wedding website under the "Registry" tab. All orders can be done directly through there and gifts can be shipped directly to our home.

Question

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Of course! We love that you want to share pictures from our wedding on your social media pages. The only thing we ask is that you do not take pictures during our ceremony. We are having a "unplugged ceremony", which means no phones are allowed. We want everyone to be completely present while we are exchanging our vows. Nothing is worse than a hot pink phone case in the middle of your first kiss photos! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Those able to bring a plus-one will have it indicated on their invitation. Due to lack of space and plate costs, we have limited this to those who it is necessary to have a plus-one. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Since we are getting married in December, our ceremony will be indoors. There will be OPTIONAL outdoor spaces for cocktail hour and the reception to get a breath of fresh air or to smoke a cigar. Both have heaters and fire pits to keep us warm!

Question

Will there be an open-bar?

Answer

Yes! We have a full open-bar with beer, wine, cocktails, and two signature drinks for you to choose from. We encourage everyone to have a great time!
