Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st - 4 weeks before the event. If you have issues with the deadline, please let us know asap otherwise you won't have a seat!

Is there parking for the event?

Answer

Yes! There will be someone at the bottom of the hill directing you where to go to park. Depending on where you park, they will send you a golf cart and drop you off at the entrance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would like to see semi-formal wedding attire :) As for colors, We aren't too picky, but we would like a fall color scheme (reds, oranges, yellows, and greens).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yup! If you don't have a date, you may bring one friend as a plus one. BUT you must let us known before September 1st so they have a seat!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have infants, we would prefer them to not be at the event please.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary to the guests, Estes Park Shuttle will run people to and from the venue. They can pick people up at the Estes Park Visitor Center at 500 Big Thompson Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517. Will update with specific time table, approximate pick up time would be from 3:45-4:15pm. Return time would start at 9 pm and end by 11pm. Use of the shuttle is highly encouraged and please notify michellephoover@yahoo.com or 402-216-3216 to rsvp to save your spot on the shuttle.

Will there be assigned seating for the reception dinner?

Answer

Yup! We will have a board with everyone's name with a number which will correspond to a table. When you reach the table, there will be a name card at your seat!
