Rehearsal will only include the immediate family of the bride and groom, the bridesmaids, and the groomsmen.
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The Shuttle will be picking up guests at The Hampton Inn around 5:30 and making a second trip closer to 5:50. The drive is less than 10 minutes from the hotel to the venue. The shuttle will also take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night when the reception is over, around 12:00 (midnight). We ask our guests to take advantage of the transportation so everyone gets back safe!
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Black-Tie Attire: We kindly request guests to grace the occasion in elegant summer hues.
The ceremony will be held in the glass conservatory at Eagle Oaks. We will have attendants available to lead you there.
7:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Cocktail Hour will follow the Ceremony shortly after in the Blue Room at Eagle Oaks and then move into the Ballroom for the Reception.

While Zach and I are not planning on holding an official After Party, we are open to gathering at the Savannah House at Eagle Oaks! The Savannah House is conveniently located a few feet away from where our wedding will be held, so no need for additional traveling!
