We will be providing shuttles from the hotels to the reception. The first will depart from the hotels at approximately 3:30pm, the second will depart around 3:55pm.

We will be providing shuttles from the reception back to the hotels at the conclusion of the reception. The first will leave the reception around 10pm, while the second will leave around 10:30pm.
