Breaking with tradition, we will not have a rehearsal dinner. I want as much time as I can get with all of my girls who will be here for the wedding. This is for all of the "girls". We're not getting crazy and we're not playing games but we are walking over to Crabby Bill's for some food and catching up with the bride-to-be!

Decorating Party

For anyone who wishes to help quickly set up a few decorations. They aren't fancy or complicated and the hotel is taking care of most of it. Just a simple centerpiece on each table. My friend Jac'line will be directing. I know there are some creatives out there that might want to help!

The ceremony will take place on the beach. Please feel free to leave your shoes at the door.

Enjoy cocktails and hors' d'oeuvres on the deck outside the Imperial Ballroom while wedding photos are taken on the beach.
Family Wedding Photos

Photos will be taken of the bride & groom with family members immediately after the ceremony. If you are a family member we will contact you regarding when and who will need to be in your photo so plan on sticking around on the beach for just a little while before heading up for cocktails. Don't worry, the venue has assured us that they won't run out of anything!

We will have a buffet dinner with something for everyone. Beef, chicken and seafood will all be available. For those of you who are grain/gluten sensitive I've got your backs! (I'm thinking of you, Kyan) There will be a grain-free option for you.

The Day After...

This is two blocks away from the hotel. One of our classics. Relaxed and on the beach. They open at 11 am and they'd be happy to serve up a Bloody Mary or two! There is no obligation and no schedule. There's also a couple other tiki style bars to walk to from there. We will be there at 11:00 island time Saturday morning and so should you. This is how we do things here on the west coast of Florida!
