Barn bash is on, rain or shine!
Food, drink, games, music, and a good time will be provided. Depending on the weather you may want to bring sunscreen and/or bug spray to keep yourself comfortable and safe from the elements. If you or any littles you may be bringing with you want to tour the barn & barnyard and meet our livestock we recommend bringing sturdy, closed-toed shoes and a change of clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Similarly if you or anyone coming with you may want to swim bring a swimsuit and a towel. If you have little ones who might want to swim, you should come prepared to swim as well -- guardians are required to supervise any swimmers under 15.
Ample and town-approved parking is available at the Perley School located at 51 North Street. The parking lot is a flat, sidewalked half mile walk from our home and we will also be providing "shuttle" service to and from the school. Parking in our driveway is reserved for vendors and we ask that guests do not park on the shoulder as we live on a main road and don't want to see any damage to your car or impede traffic.
Guests are welcome to start arriving at 3pm. Snacks, beverages, games, and music will all be available at that time. We're also providing a hearty BBQ meal starting between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and kid-friendly options will be available. There will not be a ceremony or a strict schedule.
Ridesharing apps DO operate in Georgetown but sometimes you have to wait a bit for a driver. If you'd like to plan on ridesharing we recommend using the "schedule" function in the app you use to schedule a pick-up & drop off.
