Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at several hotels for our guests. Please visit the Travel page for hotel information and booking links. We encourage you to book early, as room blocks will expire.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for out-of-town guests from the ceremony to the reception. Return shuttle service to the uptown hotels will run throughout the evening. Additional transportation details and schedules will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

Is parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at both First Presbyterian Church and Charlotte Country Club. Uber and Lyft are also readily available and are recommended for guests who prefer not to drive.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal Attire. We invite our guests to celebrate with us in elegant attire. Floor-length gowns, midi dresses, or sophisticated cocktail dresses are encouraged for women, while suits or tuxedos are appropriate for men.

We are delighted to celebrate with your little ones. If your child is invited, their name(s) will be listed on your invitation.
