FAQs

We are so thrilled to have you here to celebrate with us! We appreciate you making the trek to the South.
Question

What's the easiest travel option for me?

Answer

Don't hesitate to reach out with travel booking/planning questions! There are several options between the two airports, shuttles, etc. Chicago friends & family should consider United or American Airlines directly into CHA (Chattanooga). Booked in advance, flights are around $300 round trip. More economical options would be direct flights into ATL (Atlanta Airport) and car rental/carpool or Groome Shuttle ($60/way) to Chattanooga (2.5+ hour drive). Kyle goes to and fro from ATL often! Let us know you're arrival and we may just be the shuttle you need :)

Question

How do I get around once in Chattanooga and Wildwood area?

Answer

Once you're in Chattanooga or Wildwood area, Lyfts and Ubers are an option, but slim pickings. We will be keeping transport and accessibility in mind for the weekend! If possible, renting a car for flexibility is great! We will absolutely have transport to and from the wedding/reception venue so everyone can enjoy themselves without worry.

Question

Hang gliding seems frightening...Why should I try it?

Answer

In reality, hang gliding is an extremely safe sport! You will be strapped in with a professional who happen to also be our dear friends too. The experience is like no other, and it's the closest experience you'll get to being a bird! The flight itself is quite peaceful. Plus, you get an incredible view of Lookout Mountain and the surrounding area!

Question

Are kiddos invited?

Answer

Not this time! However, we don't want that to keep our loved ones from joining us. MJ will happily connect you to babysitting options in the area if needed.

For all the days along the way
