At a get-to-know-new-students-on-campus event at Gordon College, neither of us wanted to sit around in a circle talking about "interesting facts about ourselves"... so naturally we struck up a game cornhole. That was the first of many competitions between us!

Although Jeremiah hates sand between his toes, the beach is one of Mary Hudson's favorite places! Plus, it has marked significant moments in our relationship -- first date and first I love you's. Jeremiah planned out a lovely picnic proposal hidden away on the beach! Definitely a surprise with family flying down and hiding in the dunes.
