When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 10th so that we can have as accurate of a headcount as possible. If you have not sent your RSVP by this date we will assume that you unfortunately will not be in attendance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that you arrive no later than 2:45 so that the ceremony may start promptly at 3pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We are having a child friendly wedding and would love to have your children be a part of our special day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation states that you may bring a Plus One then please feel encouraged to bring a date. If your invitation extends only to yourself then we look forward to having just yourself at our wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. If you would like to pick colors within our color palette, then we suggest a burgundy, dark green, or ashy purple. Obviously avoid colors reserved for the bride like white or ivory and please no jeans!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There is a shuttle for guests' transportation needs within an 8 mile radius, based on availability!

Do we have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presences at our wedding is all we possibly could hope for, but if you wish to honor us with a gift, our registry can be located at the top of our website under the "Registry" tab.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have provided several hotel recommendations located under the "Travel" tab at the top of the website. This includes the hotel where our hotel block is located.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking located in front of the venue.

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

So, in short, we’re going to ATTEMPT an outdoor ceremony. November has been known to have some nicer days so we’ll see what happens day of the ceremony. If the weather is NOT on our side then the ceremony will be held in the main ballroom of The Belle.
